A short Scam Reports post from 'NoNamE!', a well-known [GT] Smod, calling out a user named 'fringo' for backing out of a trade three times and refusing to use a middleman, with excuses about payment issues. Classic Trading subforum policing — public naming to warn others and protect the community's trade reputation system.
