A Quebec member pitched a French-language board — and got shot down in three replies flat.
A 2007 suggestions thread where member blackxthink, from Quebec, proposed adding a dedicated French-language forum section (and offered to moderate it himself). Co-Manager Shifty rejected the idea, citing that the site already had too many sections and that even the existing German section wasn't active enough to justify it. blackxthink accepted the answer without pushback, and staff member miLLer dropped in without adding much. A small, quiet, quickly-resolved bit of site governance.
