One dinky MapleStory PQ trick kept a thread alive for 11 pages and almost a year of 'unhide' begging.

Started by member Ra0ul in July 2007, this Maple Story board thread shared a small program/trick for 'smuggling' items out of party quests (PQs) by breaking connection mid-instance. The actual content was hidden behind a quote-to-reveal mechanism, so the thread's real substance quickly became an endless procession of members posting one-word 'unhide', 'thx', or 'kk' replies just to unlock the download. It dragged on from mid-2007 into mid-2008, accumulating over 200 replies, with only the occasional real comment (like someone asking if it still worked on a game version, or another wondering aloud about ban risk).
